Russian Central Election Commission registers Putin as presidential candidate

The Central Election Commission of Russia has registered Vladimir Putin as a candidate for the presidency in the March 2024 elections, reported from Russian media.

The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17. At the moment, 11 people are vying for the post of head of state.
