The restoration of the grain deal is impossible without the participation of Moscow, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Vershinin, said.

He noted that currently there are no negotiations on the extension of the Black Sea Grain Initiative. Vershinin also said that NATO is involved in dangerous actions in the conflict with the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
