Russia has launched a new missile attack on an energy facility in the Kyiv region, damaging houses and cars of residents, reported from RBC-Ukraine.

"We have preliminary information about damage to civil infrastructure facilities, private and multi-storey buildings, cars of residents in some areas of the region. Mostly windows are broken, roofs and facades are damaged,” reads the report.

An energy facility has been also hit.
