In January-July of this year, the salary fund in Azerbaijan increased by 16%, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population told.

This growth is based on the comprehensive measures taken to prevent illegal employment, successive salary reforms, and the constant increase in the number of labor contracts.

As a result of the overall reforms, the annual salary fund has increased by 2.2 times or 8 billion manats ($4.7 billion) over the past four years.
