Russia must immediately stop the attack on the civilian population of Ukraine, Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz said, reported from UNIAN.

He said that the official Moscow should end missile terror against the civilian population: "Russia cannot win on the battlefield. Moscow must stop the killings and open the way for peace talks."
