Sergey Markov: Azerbaijan’s local anti-terrorist activities led to regulation of situation

Local anti-terrorist activities carried out by Azerbaijan in Karabakh have led to the regulation and stabilization of the situation. That is, the sovereignty of Azerbaijan over the entire territory of Karabakh will be established, and the constitutional structure of Azerbaijan will be restored, Russian political scientist and journalist, director of the Center for Political Research, Sergey Markov. 

He noted that the Azerbaijani army is stronger than the Armenian army: "Everyone in Russia expected that the battles would not last long and the Armenian armed forces would be completely defeated."
