The West has collectively started a real war against Russia, Defense Minister, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu said during a meeting with graduates of military schools.

He said that the West creates riots and military conflicts in Russia's neighboring countries.

According to Shoigu, the Russian army will take all steps to strengthen the country's sovereignty and security.
