To date, 114,000 people have signed contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense. On average, 1,336 people enter the contract per day, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said during a meeting of the Security Council, reported from Russian media.

"That is, we receive a regiment every day,” the minister explained.

According to him, there are also 52,000 volunteers. Because of this, the ministry does not see the need for new volunteers.

The minister said that the formation of the reserve army would be completed by the end of June. An army corps will also be created. They will receive more than 3,700 vehicles.
