"Russia is definitely capable of materializing these threats, and it is growing stronger. We see it in the Ukraine war that Russia is really ramping up its military potential,” Slovak political scientist Josef Hrabina told.

According to him, official Moscow has recently been applying modern technology, strengthening its army, and becoming more experienced:

"So taking these threats from Russia lightly isn’t a smart strategy. Ridiculazing these threats isn’t really a smart strategy. We, of course, must understand that we are in competition with Russia. We should understand that this is one of the parallels of this competition, and we should prepare for it. Russia is preparing for it. Russia is conducting long-term policies. It seems that Russia overcame its logistic issues, its army got experienced, and it’s trying to recruit more and more men. All of these indicators show that Russia is preparing for a long-term confrontation.”
