The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 4.14 million tons of crude oil in the first half of 2015, down 1.4 percent from a year earlier, the company said on its website.
Production of natural gas declined 12 percent to 3.37 billion cubic meters, the company said.
No reason was given for the output declines.
