"SOCAR Energy Georgia" company is beginning the gasification of Georgian villages. GEL 19 mln (AZN 8 mln)  has been allocated from the state budget for this purpose, News.Az reports with reference to SOCAR.

The gas suppy in the Georgian village of Vake, referring to the municipality of Kaspi was launched these days.  The gasification of 10 villages belonging to the municipality of Kaspi: Vake, Akhalsheni, Horak, Khviti, Tvaurebi, Karafila, Saribari, Zadiantkari, Sakorintlo and Pantiani is carried out under the state program.

As a result of work on gasification of municipalities of Gori, Kareli, Kaspi, Khashuri and Zugdidi 13,000 families living in 58 villages will be provided with gas.
