In mid-August, the Swedish government announced the allocation of another package of military assistance to Ukraine for 3.4 billion kroner ($314 million). This includes ammunition for military equipment supplied to Kyiv, including the CV 90 infantry fighting vehicle, and spare parts for Strv 122 tanks and Archer self-propelled guns.
Since February 2022, Sweden has allocated 22 billion kroner ($2.16 billion) to support Ukraine, including 17 billion kroner ($1.67 billion) in military assistance.
