Informs RIA Novosti, that according to him, under the decree of Taliban leader Haibatullah Akhundzada, Haji Nuraddin Azizi has been appointed as Trade Minister and Abdul Bari Omar as Health Minister.
Notably, the Taliban announced the composition of the new government on September 7. Under the order of the movement leader, Mohammad Hassan Akhund was appointed as head of the interim government.
