The president of Russia's republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, has arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit, state news agency Azartac reported.
Minnikhanov was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan Niyazi Safarov and other officials.
