This shocking video shows a teacher dragging a 14-year-old girl across the floor and into a pool after she refused to swim.The student, at Edison High School in Stockton, California, declined to take part in the swim class as she did not want to ruin her hair because she was planning on seeing friends that evening.Denny Peterson, the teacher responsible, is now facing a charge of corporal injury to a child.As the man appears to grapple the young girl, she can be heard screaming "my top is falling down" while classmates look on in shock.She was left with bruises following the incident.After the release of the 95-second video, the teenager, who has asked not to be named, her mother and attorney appeared on States show Inside Edition to talk about the incident.She said: "It makes me want to cry seeing the video."I was really upset."I was embarrassed and angry that he was doing all of this in front of people, just putting his hands on me."The teacher, who has been employed by the school for more than 10 years, is now on paid leave following the incident.Gilbert Somera, the attorney representing the girl, said: "Regardless of her participation it should disgust you how this man put his hands on a 14-year-old girl."She said multiple times, 'my top is falling down'."Bakudaily.Az
