The "Protect the Caspian Sea!" campaign organised with the support of Bakcell

The large-scale environmental action "Save the Caspian Sea," whose partner for many years has been the fastest mobile operator in Azerbaijan known as Bakcell, has come to an end. The Novkhani seashore was the last location of this year's campaign, which was dedicated to the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World" and took place from 7 to 21 September.

The environmental action under the slogan "Protect the Caspian Sea" was organised within the framework of the International Coastal Cleanup Day, which is celebrated all over the world. The main goal of the action is to improve the environmental situation in the country, educate the population in this sphere, and promote the habit of a responsible approach to the environment.

Bakcell employees also took an active part in the campaign and contributed to the coastal clean-up. They were actively involved in collecting, sorting and sending waste for recycling.

Participation in environmental activities is one of the main areas of Bakcell's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. The company plans to support initiatives in the field of environmental protection and ecological awareness, as well as to continue sustainable development and further expand its activities in this field.
