This 77-year-old weightlifting grandmother is just incredible

Meet Willie Murphy, a 77-year-old grandmother who can probably lift heavier weights than you.

The septuagenarian can do one-handed push-ups, deadlift over 90kg, one-handed pull-ups, one-handed pushups and fingertip pushups.

She began her new hobby a few years back after seeing an advert at her local YMCA.

Since then she has turned to competition and even recently won the "Lifter of the year” award at the recent WNPF World Championships.

They see I’m old and I’m not being pushed around in a wheelchair. I can shovel my own snow. And I can push my car if it gets stuck in the snow… I’m almost 80 years old and I am still living life.
