This is the best thing that's ever happened to Gmail

This is the best thing that's ever happened to Gmail
29.05.2020 08:23
We've all done it.

You write a long email ranting about someone, you hit the send button and realise it's been sent to the wrong person.

Luckily, Google is now giving you a lifeline with its new Undo Send button.

Tapping this will instantly recall the email saving your blushes.

This feature has been hidden in Gmail for a while but Google has now made it offcial – there is however a catch.

Users will only get a maximum of 30 seconds to recall the message – so you'll need to realise your mistake quickly.

To activate the unsend feature you'll need to head to the General tab of the settings menu.

You'll then get the option of between five and 30 seconds to recall an email.

Setting this feature up could be the best thing you do all day.
