The Turkish Armed Forces detained a total of 36 terrorists who tried to violate the state border over the past week, Zeki Akturk, adviser on media and public relations of the Ministry of National Defense of Türkiye, told a weekly briefing.

He said that 24 of those detained are members of the FETO terrorist organization: "Thus, 487 terrorists, including 340 FETO members, who attempted to violate the border have been detained this year."
