Türkiye will export weapons to the United States, Mehmet Demiroglu, the general manager of the Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc, said in an interview with TRT Haber.

Demiroglu did not specify what kind of weapons are intended to be exported to the US.

The general manager said that Egypt has shown serious interest in Türkiye's Hurjet fighter jet.

"Our sales to brotherly countries continue," the company official stressed.
