Ukraine has proposed lowering the upper limit on the price of oil from Russia to $45 per barrel, according to the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine, reported from the Ukrainian media.

According to the Ukrainian side, it is necessary to reduce the upper limit of oil prices by $15 to $45 per barrel, and also strive to reduce the upper limit of oil prices to $30 per barrel.

Earlier the countries of the Group of Seven (G7) came out in favor of maintaining the price of Russian oil at $60 per barrel, despite the calls of some states to lower the ceiling.
