The Russian Armed Forces are concentrating their main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Maryinka directions. Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 43 enemy attacks in these sectors of the front during the day. The fiercest battles continue for Bakhmut and Maryinka, according to the morning summary of the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, reported from UNIAN.

"During the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the direction of the settlements of Novomarkove and Khromove. A number of settlements suffered from shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy carried out offensive operations near the settlements of Novokalynove, Stepne, Severne and Pervomaiske of the Donetsk region, but had no success,” the report says.
