According to information, the request for the purchase was submitted to the Ministry of Defense of Brazil on April 27 through the military attaché at the Embassy of Ukraine. It was emphasized that the armored vehicles should be painted in orange and yellow colors and will be intended for the evacuation of the civilian population and the delivery of the wounded from the war zones to hospitals. According to the magazine, the purchase price must be paid by allies of Brazil and Ukraine, as well as guarantees that they will be used only for humanitarian purposes and not for combat missions.
