He briefed O'Brien on the launch of the Agency of Non-Lethal Procurement (State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition) as a vital part of the new transparent procurement and acquisition architecture.
"Defense localization is another focus. Key priorities are: ammunition production and new technologies, including drone production. We are ready to co-invest in joint defence factories and procure weapons and military hardware from US companies via direct contracts,” he said.
