But to be honest, I don't see a cause-and-effect relationship between attacks on Russian territory and energy prices in the world."
Kuleba also pointed out that the explosions at oil refineries are regional rather than global: "This can only affect the Russian energy market. We see that there are problems in the Russian energy market, but there are no problems in the world market."
He also called on the partners to think about the attacks carried out by Russia on the territory of Ukraine.
