The Russian army has lost its offensive capabilities, and now they are on the defensive, said Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reported from Insider.

He said that Russia's agency network in Ukraine still remains, but their capabilities have been exhausted and have become a myth: "We have deep sources in Russia that provide us with information."

The representative of the Ministry of Defense noted that nuclear war is theoretically possible, but not practically: "Because this scenario will end with the strategic defeat of Russia."
