Report informs, citing the BBC, that the organization will hold a conference in Geneva on Monday at which it will seek international support.
The high-ranking officials of the United Nations and such donor organizations, as the International Committee of the Red Cross and others, will take part in the event.
The UN said that Afghans are in urgent need of food, medications, healthcare services, and safe water.
It also noted that prompt actions and support of the international community are vital in this issue.
