In light of the ongoing security situation, Israeli universities will delay the start of the 2023/24 academic year until November 5.

Reported from The Times of Israel that the fall semester was scheduled to begin on October 15, a week after the Jewish holidays. Earlier it was decided to postpone the start of the school year until October 22.
