Russia has proven that it can respond to any challenge, President Vladimir Putin said in his address to the Federal Assembly.

According to him, Russia's strategic nuclear forces are in full readiness.

Putin noted that the Zircon hypersonic missile complex has already been used in battles: "This system is already in service, and the Sarmat missile has also been handed over to the troops, and we will demonstrate it soon."

He emphasized that work on new weapons is ongoing in Russia, and information about them will be given soon.
