James Warlick, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, has said he regrets that the Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers didn’t meet on the sidelines of an OSCE meeting in Basel.
"We regret the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia were unable to meet in Basel in the framework of the annual meeting of the OSCE foreign ministers," Warlick wrote on Twitter.
Warlick said "dialogue is a necessary part of the peace process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.”
