The weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy, and mainly rainless on November 3, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

There will be fog in some places in the morning. The moderate northwest wind will be followed by the southeast wind in the daytime. 

The temperature will be 13–16 °C at night and 19–23 °C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 758 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 75-85% at night, 50-60% in the daytime.

The weather in Azerbaijan’s districts is expected to be mainly rainless. However, short-term rain and lightning is expected in some places. There will be fog in some areas at night and in the morning. A west wind will blow.

The temperature will vary from 9 to 13 °C at night and from 20 to 25 °C during the day. In the highlands, it will be 4 to 9 °C at night and 11 to 16 °C during the day.
