What Azerbaijani channels do our writers track, what programs do they like, and what are their suggestions and comments? To find answers to these questions the portal Kult.az decided to hold a quiz of constantly writing people. The first guest of this project was Salim Babullaoglu.
- What channels do you watch?
- In fact, I am not a regular viewer of only one channel , because in some ways I try to see everything. I try to keep a track of the news on AzTv and ATV, see thematic programs - «Ortaq makhraj» and «Yeni Gyun» on ITV, «Medeniyyet Saaty» on Space, and I am dedicated to the literature shows on the channel Medeniyyet.
- How would you rate our TV space ? Does it feel like change, innovation and development in the channels?
- To objectively answer to your question I should constantly and regularly monitor all the programs on the channels . And I do not. Besides, I'm not an expert on television, I can only share my thoughts. In my opinion, the biggest change in recent years can be traced at ATV. For example , the news on ATV is very peculiar, contain different blocks and very original shows between the blocks. They are very fast and look important and timely. I'm interested in comments by Orkhan Fikretoglu in the show «Ne Khabar?» and special reports by Jeyhun Ali. I consider successful the project by Lala Aliyeva «Gyunlerin Bir Gyunyu». I saw just two of the these shows. Or, for example, I have seen two Mirsamad shows associated with travel. In the evening, I changed channels and suddenly noticed it, and looked through to the end. I loved it . In general, all of these conductors are very interesting to me in the first place because they correctly handle the language. Although, of course, I'm a writer and this parameter might not be a major one for TV.
- ATV, let's say ... nationalized some programs that we monitor on international channels. For example, Fort Boyard...
- That's right ... I think they are very successful projects. Moreover, it is not a single program, but an entire process. I want to draw an analogy with the literature. For example, in order to remain in the due form, a writer should certainly be engaged in translation. That generates him for the future. In this respect, it seems to me, Fort Boyard is also interesting. Such projects provide just an opportunity for the formation of conductors, directors and producers. For me personally, this project is also interesting for the fact that it has collected together many of the leading ATV people, as well as for the fact how they looked.
- What is missing at our TV channels?
- There is a lack of literature. Literature is too little there. We talk very little about books. Sometimes rating questions are too visible. But I do not think that we should give up.
