Is this the face of the terrifying 20st ISIS 'Bulldozer' executioner?

The militant was snapped towering over kneeling prisoners before beheading them in the middle of a busy street in Iraq.
His sheer size has drawn comparisons to one of the terror group's bloodiest executioners – the infamous 20 stone monster known as "the Bulldozer of Fallujah" – infamous for beheading his quivering victims on camera.
Last month he was photographed brutally executing a teenage boy for reportedly listening to western music on his personal music player.
But the Bulldozer has never been known to show his face on camera…but all this may have changed.
The bearded extremist makes no attempt to hide his identity.
Either this is a change in tack from the barbaric "Bulldozer" or the bearded executioner is yet another massive force to be reckoned with in the fight against ISIS.
World leaders are currently rallying in a bid to prepare the world for a nuclear terror attack amid fears ISIS, otherwise known as Daesh, have got their hands on an atom bomb.
Earlier, Salah Abdeslam, the prime living suspect behind the Paris attacks, looked set to finally be extradited to France.
