Erdogan: Türkiye welcomes Israel-Lebanon ceasefire deal

Türkiye welcomes the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon that came into effect this morning, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, reported from Anadolu Agency.

"Ankara expects the parties to strictly observe the ceasefire regime," he noted.

He also said that Türkiye is ready to make the necessary contribution to establishing a truce in the Gaza Strip.
