Erdogan: Assad did not respond to proposal for normalizing relations between two countries

Syrian President Bashar Assad has not responded to the proposal for normalizing relations with Türkiye, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists, reported from Turkish media.

"Assad was offered to meet. But we did not receive a positive response," he said.
