Azerbaijan, Slovakia discuss key aspects of cooperation with NATO

The head of Azerbaijan's mission to NATO, Jafar Huseynzada, discussed partnership priorities between Azerbaijan and the alliance with Slovakia's Permanent Representative to NATO, Marek Vargareported from the Slovak diplomat's post on X.

Varga emphasized that the meeting has special significance in light of the upcoming role of NATO's Contact Point Embassy in Azerbaijan, which will be carried out by the Slovak diplomatic mission starting next year.

"We discussed the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace talks, Partnership priorities, and exchanged views on the war in UA, emphasizing the role of the UN Charter," he said.
