Houthis claim missile strike on Israel's Ben Gurion airport

Yemen’s Houthi movement claimed it launched a missile strike on Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. The announcement was made by Yahya Sarea, spokesperson for the Houthi-aligned armed forces.
According to Sarea, the strike involved a hypersonic ballistic missile that "successfully hit its target," briefly halting airport operations and triggering evacuations. “Millions of Zionists fled to shelters, and airport activity stopped for nearly an hour,” he claimed.
Earlier, the Israeli military reported detecting a missile launch from Yemen and said its air defense systems intercepted the projectile. Air raid sirens were activated in central Israel. No casualties or damage were reported.
There has been no independent confirmation of a missile strike on the airport.
