Iran reveals alleged Israeli covert drone operations inside the country

Iranian state media, including IRIB, aired footage on Friday showing trucks and vans allegedly modified to transport FPV drones, as well as what they described as secret drone production sites near Tehran and Isfahan.

IRIB broadcast images of drone parts prepared for assembly and said one of the production facilities was hidden inside a three-story building near the capital.

Farzin Nadimi, a fellow at the Washington Institute and expert on Iranian military affairs, linked the reported infiltration of Israeli intelligence operatives into Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to systemic corruption. Officials in Iran have previously acknowledged Mossad's penetration, including at high levels of the military command.
