U.S. resumes arms supplies to Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed that Washington has resumed shipments of weapons and military equipment to Ukraine.
“We are sending some defensive weapons to Ukraine, and I have approved that,” Trump said during a cabinet meeting.
State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said the U.S. “never stopped supporting Ukraine” and remains committed to that support.
According to Axios, Trump promised President Volodymyr Zelensky during a phone call to send 10 Patriot interceptor missiles and help secure additional delivery channels.
The Pentagon also confirmed that new defensive systems would be delivered under Trump’s orders.
The Kremlin said the arms deliveries would not help diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict.
