30 countries working on Ukraine security plan — NATO chief

A group of 30 countries, including Japan and Australia, is developing a coordinated plan to provide security guarantees for Ukraine, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said.
He noted that the process is being led by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron.
On August 18, a meeting was held at the White House with U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, alongside EU leaders including Ursula von der Leyen and Rutte himself.
