Apple is transferring assembly of all four iPhone 17 models, including the Pro versions, to India ahead of the devices' scheduled launch next month, Bloomberg reported.

The move involves five local factories, including newly opened sites such as a Tata Group facility in Hosur (Tamil Nadu) and a Foxconn plant near Bengaluru airport.

Over the next two years, Tata is expected to handle up to half of India’s iPhone output, Bloomberg sources said.
