Princess Diana’s time capsule opened in London

A time capsule placed by Princess Diana in 1991 has been opened in London centuries earlier than planned, The Guardian reported.
The capsule contained a Kylie Minogue CD, a solar-powered calculator and a passport. Diana assembled the items with her two sons to capture a snapshot of 1990s life.
Other artefacts included a pocket television, a snowflake hologram, a photo of Diana, samples of recycled paper, a coin collection, tree seeds and a copy of The Times featuring Mikhail Gorbachev on the front page with a headline about distributing canned meat to Soviet voters.
The capsule was discovered during construction of a new oncology centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
