U.S. President Donald Trump said he does not intend to “start a war” against Chicago but aims to “restore order” in American cities.

Earlier, he posted on Truth Social a screenshot referring to the “smell of deportations” and the “ministry of war.” On Sept. 3, Trump said he planned to deploy National Guard troops to Chicago to tackle high crime, calling it “the most dangerous city in the world.”
