Decoding of Turkish C-130 black box to take at least two months — defence minister
The decoding of the black box from the Turkish C-130 military transport plane that crashed in Georgia will take around two months, Turkey’s Defence Minister Yashar Guler said, according to Habertürk.
Guler noted that analysing the flight recorder is a multi-stage technical process that typically requires significant time. “Preliminary results usually take no less than two months,” he said.
He added that Turkey remains in close coordination with Georgian authorities and that a joint expert team from both countries is conducting the investigation.
