Trump highlights NATO divisions after meeting Rutte, raises Greenland issue
U.S. President Donald Trump said divisions within NATO persist after meeting Secretary General Mark Rutte, adding the alliance had failed to support Washington at critical moments.
“NATO did not come to our aid when we needed it, and it will not come to our aid if we need it again,” Trump said.
He also renewed remarks about Greenland, describing it as strategically important and criticising its management.
