"On January 23, the Russian army attacked the country again with various types of missiles. These are cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, and guided missiles. 41 missiles were launched across the country, and 20 of them were destroyed by air defense forces,” Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat told in an interview.

According to him, 15 X-101, X-555, 8 X-22, and 2 X-59 missiles, as well as 4 ballistic missiles from S-300 and S-400, 12 from Iskander-M, and other ballistic missiles, were launched: "Some were shot down with conventional air defense systems. This includes cruise missiles such as the X-59, X-101, X-555, and X-55. All 15 X-101, X-555 missiles, and one of two X-59 missiles fired from strategic bombers, namely Tu-95, were destroyed."

Ihnat said that five of these Iskander-M missiles have been neutralized: "Not all of the missiles that we haven’t neutralized so far have reached their targets because not all Russian missiles are of high quality. Unfortunately, there are victims, there are deaths, and there are destructions. But in general, our air defense can be considered successful."
