Azerbaijan has provided all opportunities for the reintegration of Karabakh Armenians, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, responding to a question from an Armenian journalist about the return of Armenians who voluntarily left the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. 

"We have repeatedly emphasized the constructive steps taken by Baku, which were aimed at the return of the population. The opportunity for return existed and still exists. One just needs to take advantage of this opportunity... Has anything been done by Yerevan to facilitate the return of people?" she said.
