President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted bills to the Verkhovna Rada to extend martial law and mobilization in the country until mid-November, according to People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to the information , which cites RBC-Ukraine, Zheleznyak said martial law and mobilization will be extended for 90 days: from August 12 to mid-November 2024.

The Defense Committee has already supported the president's proposal.

"Next, 226 votes from the Rada are needed today, along with the president's signature," Zheleznyak added.
