Taking into account the incoming appeals, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev ordered that the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers Decision 'On the rules of bringing pecuniary liability for damage to forestry' of December 27, 1993 be annulled, informs the press-service of the Azerbaijani head of state.

Note that a person who illegally obtained fruit in a forestry must return them. In the event that such is not possible, he or she must pay damages in accordance with the prices that are regulated by the state. If prices are not regulated by the state, then compensation should be made on the basis of the market value.
