Belarus and Russia begin joint nuclear drills
Joint nuclear drills with Russia have started in Belarus.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a videoconference during the joint nuclear forces
Lukashenko stated that they “pose no threat to anyone” and that Belarus, together with Russia, is ready to defend their “common homeland stretching from Brest to Vladivostok.”
It should be noted that Russia launched the nuclear drills on May 19. Part of the exercises is being held in Belarus.
